Garden lights aim to show trees in a 'different way'
Cambridge Botanic Garden has launched its annual winter lights trail for the festive season, featuring lights and music.
It showcases its trees, fountain, lake and glasshouses.
The university garden, founded in 1846, boasts more than 8,000 species from around the world, which are used to facilitate research and teaching.
The garden's Prof Beverley Glover said they were aiming to "show the garden in a different way" and highlight how plants support different ecosystems.
Money raised from visitors goes towards supporting important conservation and research work and the lights show runs until 21 December.
