The simple stress-buster that could change your life

Can the brain differentiate a fake laugh from a real laugh? Sandro Lobo, a Brazilian Laughter Yoga instructor, believes not.

He uses body movements and 'children's spirit exercises' with yoga breathing to make people laugh for no reason. The purpose is to bring more health, well-being, awareness and happiness into people's lives.
