'Now we chase the ultimate glory'

Poet Andy Foster has written a poem to spur on Sunderland AFC as they head to Wembley, looking to secure promotion to the Premier League.

Sunderland and Sheffield United meet in the play-off final at Wembley on 24 May, and after eight years away, fans dream of a Black Cats return to the top flight.
