Suspected stolen Lego among £50,000 haul at house

Suspected stolen Lego, meat, electrical products, handbags and other goods worth a total of £50,000 were uncovered at a house of a suspected shoplifter.
Cambridgeshire Police said they made the discovery following reports 28 tubes of toothpaste had been stolen from Poundland in Peterborough city centre.
CCTV operators tracked a 62-year-old man to his home, where officers found 50 bottles of shower gel, 55 joints of meat and 66 packs of sliced ham, among other items.
Police said the man had since been charged with handling stolen goods and was due at court later this month.
