Pedestrian killed in crash had 'brightest future'
Family handoutA 25-year-old pedestrian who died after being hit by a car had the "brightest future ahead of him", his family said.
Harrison Harvey, from Hartlepool, was declared dead at the scene of the crash on the A179 westbound in the town on Sunday afternoon.
His family said he was a "bubbly, budding graphic designer", adding: "He is very loved and will be dearly missed."
A 27-year-old man was charged in connection with the crash and is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates' Court.
It happened at about 16:15 GMT and involved a blue BMW 330, Cleveland Police said.
Mr Harvey's family said he was a "beloved son, brother, and friend to many".
The 27-year-old was charged with uninsured driving, driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and knowingly entering the UK without leave, officers said.
