Watch: Firefighters rescue riders from Chilean Ferris wheel

Firefighters were called to help with the rescue of more than 35 people trapped aboard a Ferris wheel that malfunctioned in the city of Viña del Mar.

The Ferris wheel's operator blamed a "lockout" from the ride's control panel for the stall.
