BBC Verify examines footage of chaos at aid site in Gaza

The UN Human Rights Office has said it believes 47 people were injured in Gaza on Tuesday when crowds overwhelmed an aid distribution centre run by a controversial US and Israeli-backed group.

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation uses American security contractors and aims to bypass the UN as the main supplier of aid in Gaza.

BBC Verify's Merlyn Thomas has been examining footage and details about the chaos that unfolded at one of the sites in the city of Rafah in southern Gaza.

Verification by Shayan Sardarizadeh, Joshua Cheetham and Sherie Ryder.
