Flash mob tells story of 200-year-old railway

A 130-strong flash mob has celebrated the 200th anniversary of the modern railway.

Dancers aged 14 to 69 representing a range of special educational needs and disabilities organisations performed a dance at Portsmouth's Guildhall Square called A Ride Through Time.

The project was developed by the City of Portsmouth College and assisted by funding from Great Western Railway (GWR).

The dance told the story of the railway, with one of the young people dressing up as GWR's original chief engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel.
