'All my limbs were dead': One woman's experience of sepsis
Khedidja 'Deesh' Teape gave birth to twins in April 2023, but soon after began to feel unwell.
The mum of four from south-east London was rushed to hospital where it was discovered she had sepsis, a life-threatening reaction to an infection.
After months of treatment, both her legs and left arm were amputated as well as some fingers on her right hand.
