Dozens of firefighters have been called to a blaze at a bird food factory.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said crews were sent to CJ Wildlife in Upton Magna, near Shrewsbury, at 07:48 GMT, and the two-storey building was fully alight.

By 10:53 it said the fire was under control and an investigation into the cause was under way.

The fire service thanked factory staff for reporting the fire quickly, saying it had been contained to a small area.
