Devon County Council says it is planning a "repair blitz" in some locations.

Councillors Neil Stevens and his brother Tony were reported by fellow Reform councillor and Ed Hill.

"Vocational profiling" helps students to identify their interests, Devon County Council says.

The Liberal Democrats are the largest party in the council but remain without a full majority.

The region sees a political shift as both Devon and Cornwall councils need to form coalitions.

The county is returning 60 councillors from 58 electoral divisions.
