Electoral roll is opened in Guernsey
The States of Guernsey has urged islanders to sign up to the island's electoral roll ahead of 2025's general election.
Voting will take place on 18 June, with people registered on the roll able to vote for up to 38 candidates.
A States spokesperson said the deadline to register was 30 April and the process took less than five minutes.
Registration forms would also be delivered to all households over the next few days but online registration was being encouraged, they added.
Colette Falla, registrar general of electors, said: "We will be trying to get as many islanders registered as possible in the coming months to ensure we get a good turnout for the election.
"Everyone in our island has a voice and voting is one of the most powerful ways to have your say about how the island is run."
