Crash leaves woman in 'life threatening condition'
GoogleA woman is in a life threatening condition following a multi-vehicle collision in Wiltshire.
The collision occurred on the A346 Salisbury Road, near Marlborough, on Tuesday at about 13:15 GMT.
A Kia Sorento collided with a van before crossing the road and hitting an oncoming vehicle.
The driver and front passenger of the Kia, both aged in their 70s, were taken to hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
The collision occurred as traffic slowed behind a turning lorry at a farm.
It is believed the three vehicles behind the lorry slowed safely behind it, before the Kia collided with the van at the back of the line.
It then crossed the road into oncoming traffic where a further collision took place.
Wiltshire Police is appealing for anyone who saw the collision or has dash cam footage to contact them.
