Motorist due in court following pedestrian's death

A man has been summonsed to court following the death of a pedestrian in Lincolnshire.
The 63-year-old victim was hit by a car while crossing Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells, near Skegness, on 12 August 2023.
Richard Gregory, 57, of Chapelfield Crescent, Rotherham, is accused of causing death by careless driving.
He is due to appear at Boston Magistrates' Court on 4 June.
