A woman has been charged with taking part in the large-scale disorder in Leeds last summer.
Sinead Doherty, 34, faces counts of violent disorder and arson, West Yorkshire Police said.
The accusations relate to the disturbances in Harehills on 18 July last year.
Doherty, of Ascot Terrace in Leeds, appeared before Leeds Magistrates' Court on Friday.
No pleas were entered and the case was adjourned until 14 February at the same court.
A 17-year-old boy also appeared before magistrates charged with the same offences.
