Gloucestershire in pics: Snow and sunrises
Our weekly round-up of pictures includes plenty of wintry scenes as temperatures dropped and some areas got a covering of snow.
The winter can also generate stunning scenes as photos taken in places such as Stroud and the Cotswolds will show.
Beautiful: Paul Sutton took this lovely picture of a crisp morning in Stroud, an image that could grace the front of a novel.
Take to the skies: Getty photographer Dan Mullan took this image of Kingsholm, with much of Gloucester in the background, before the cherry and whites beat Sale in their last home game.
It's that time: The snowdrops have once again arrived with the snow. Painswick Rococo Garden are expecting five millions snowdrops this year - and are excited to see some blossoming already. The garden is back open again from the 18 January.
That winning feeling: Jockey John Dawson celebrates on Sine Nomine after winning the St. James's Place Festival Challenge Cup Open Hunters' Chase.
The art of driving: This photo was sent in by one of BBC Gloucestershire's weather watchers. This picture was captured in Tetbury after somebody left a heartfelt (literally) message on Marion's drive.
Cold start: Cirencester residents were able to enjoy this sunrise on Tuesday, the picture taken in Stratton.
