Slow Horses shoot shuts bowling alley and car park
A bowling alley and part of a town centre car park have been closed while filming takes places for a new series of Apple TV+ drama Slow Horses.
Central Bedfordshire Council confirmed crews would be using the car park outside Go Bowling in Dunstable, with the shoot happening until Sunday.
The bowling alley said it would be fully closed for that period and not reopen until Monday.
The BBC understands the venue is being transformed into a casino. Publicists for the programme have declined to comment.
Signs directing crew to the "Embankment" set can be seen around Dunstable - this is the code name regularly used for production of the show.
Gary Oldman, Jack Lowden and Kristin Scott Thomas star in the spy thriller, which is based on novels by Mick Herron.
It is not expected that Oldman will be filming scenes at the location, though other members of the series cast may be involved.
