Man appears in court over town bar attack

A man has appeared in court in connection with an assault that left another man with life-threatening injuries.
A 23-year-old was found unconscious after he is believed to have been punched at a bar in Prince Street, Bridlington, at about 01:30 GMT on Sunday, Humberside Police said.
Lee Marshall, 31, of Portland Road, Nottingham, was charged with grievous bodily harm and assault.
Marshall appeared at Hull Magistrates' Court on Tuesday. No plea was taken. He was bailed to appear before the city's crown court on 26 March.
The force said the 23-year-old remained in hospital in a critical condition.
