Work is starting this month to "revitalise" part of Bristol city centre - filling in the fountains and removing five trees which have outgrown their planters.

The toilets are back up and running in Cinderford and Coleford, bar "a small issue with the flush" in one of the disabled toilets. The blocks in Newent and Lydney are next in line for improvement work, says Forest of Dean District Council.

But St Margaret's Hall in Bradford-on-Avon is still closed following the floods in November. The local council says teams are trying to dry it out to see if the floor can be repaired, or if it will have to be totally replaced.

And National Trust has posted a timelapse of the team restoring a painting from Dyrham Park using reversible, resin-based paints.
