Man, 23, dies following two-vehicle crash

A 23-year-old man has died following a crash in Cornwall on Monday, police have said.

Emergency services were called at about 07:15 BST to reports of a crash between a black Kawasaki motorcycle and a grey Ford Ranger on the B3275 near Fraddon.

Devon and Cornwall Police said the rider of the motorcycle, from the Veryan area, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Ranger, a 49-year-old man, sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital.

Officers have appealed for witnesses and those with dashcam footage to come forward to assist the investigation.
