Man critical after motorbike and motorhome crash

A man is in a critical condition in hospital after a crash involving his motorbike and a motorhome in south-west Scotland.
The accident happened at about 16:25 on Monday on the A77 near Innermessan and involved a black and orange KTM1290 and a white Fiat Talento.
The motorcyclist - a 62-year-old man - was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where his condition is described as critical but stable.
The road was closed for several hours and reopened at about 00:40 on Tuesday.
PC Scott Costley said: "Our inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and we are asking anyone who saw what happened who has not already spoken to officers to get in touch.
"We are also asking road users in the area at the time to check their dash-cam to see if they have any footage that could assist with our investigation."
