Driver killed after car hits crash barrier

A man has been killed after his car hit a crash barrier on an East Yorkshire road.

Emergency services were called to the southbound carriageway of the A1034 near South Cave at the slip road with the A63 at around 15:10 GMT on Wednesday.

The 59-year-old driver of a green BMW died at the scene, Humberside Police said.

The force has appealed for witnesses and any dashcam footage of the incident.
