Two horse-drawn carts have been stolen during a burglary in a village.

Northamptonshire Police said the "distinctive" items were taken from a yard on Clipston Road in East Farndon, near Market Harborough, at about 20:00 GMT on Friday.

One was described as a "one-of-a-kind" four-wheeled cart with red and silver frame and black seats, while the other was a two-wheeled trap with a silver frame.

Detectives appealed for witnesses and said the three male suspects were wearing puffer jackets, jogging bottoms and face coverings.
