Crash closes main A96 route in both directions

The A96 has been closed in both directions after a crash in Moray.

Police said the two-vehicle accident happened between Alves and Elgin.

It was reported at about 13:00, at the junction with the B9013.

Police Scotland advised motorists to avoid the area.
