Closed department store once 'a big family'
A department store that recently closed its doors after more than 200 years trading was once "a big family", a former employee has said.
Bob Williams, now 84, worked at Jolly's in Bath for 38 years after starting out as a carpet fitter.
He told the BBC how even the famous Harrods in London was "nowhere near" the historic store, saying it "done everything".
"Everybody knew everybody else," he said, with many staff living in flats above the shop.
