Full details for Oasis Heaton Park gigs

The wait is almost over for the lucky Oasis fans who managed to get their hands on tickets for the Gallagher brothers' hometown shows.
The highly-anticipated comeback tour kicked off on Friday at Cardiff's Principality Stadium to a crowd of about 74,500 fans.
Heaton Park is set to be awash with bucket hands as Oasis take to the stage with a series of shows, starting on Friday.
Here's everything you need to know ahead of the gigs.
How do I get there?
Tram
Transport for Greater Manchester said travelling by tram was the "best option" to get to Heaton Park.
Services will run every six minutes from Victoria tram stop in Manchester city centre to Heaton Park.
Heaton Park tram stop will be closed after the event so fans should head to Bowker Vale to get to the city centre.
There is planned engineering at Piccadilly, so no trams are operating from Piccadilly railway station to the city centre stops.
Park and ride
There are two park and ride sites on the Bury line.
- Whitefield
- Radcliffe

Shuttle bus
The Oasis shuttle bus service will depart from Lever Street in the Northern Quarter area of Manchester.
Buses will run from Lever Street from 13:30 each day, with last bus at 19:30.
Buses will start running back to Manchester after the event from a temporary bus station inside Heaton Park, from 22:00.
Buses will continue to run until all passengers have cleared the bus station.
The drop-off point in the city is Shudehill Interchange.
Tickets are £10 and are available on the Bee Network app.
On foot
If you would rather walk back to Manchester after the gig, then there is a recommended walking route that you can follow.
Bus diversions
Some local bus services will running diverted routes. More information can be found here.
Will there be road closures?
From 12:00 until 20:00 on event days, the following roads will be closed with diversions in place in Manchester city centre.
- Spear Street from the junction of Warwick Street to its junction with Stephenson Square
- Warwick Street from the junction of Oldham Street to its junction with Lever Street
- Lever Street from the junction of Dale Street to its junction with Warwick Street
- Faraday Street from the junction of Spear Street to its junction with Little Lever Street
- Hilton Street from the junction of Oldham Street to its junction with Spear Street
- Bunsen Street from the junction with Lever Street to the junction with Little Lever Street
- Bradley Street from the junction with Houldsworth Street to the junction with Warwick Street
From 21:.30 on event days until 01:00 the following day, there will be a road closures in place near Heaton Park.
- St. Margarets Road: Closed in both directions between Heywood Road to its junction with Bury Old Rd
- Scholes Lane: Closed in both directions between the junction of Heywood Road to its junction with Bury Old Road including the junction of Blackley New Road
- Sheepfoot Lane: Closed in both directions from the junction of Bury Old Road to its junction with Middleton Road.
- Mead Hill Road: Closed in both directions from the junction of Sheepfoot Lane to its junction with Middleton Road.
- Middleton Road. Closed in both directions from the junction of Victoria Avenue to its junction with Bury Old Road including the junction with Blackley New Road.
- Blackley New Road: Closed in both directions from the junction of Middleton Road to its junction with Riverdale Road.
- Heaton Park Road West. Closed in both directions from the junction of Middleton Road through the internal road to the supermarket
- Bury Old Road and Middleton Road/Leicester Road, Oakwell Drive will have appropriate side road access to Singleton Road
What time does it start and finish?
The gates at Heaton Park will open at 15:00 BST on Friday, Saturday, 16, 19 and 20 July.
The latest time that the music will finish is at 22:30.
Food vendors, which are card only, will remain open until 23:00.

Who are the support acts?

Oasis' support comes in double from Richard Ashcroft, frontman of The Verve, and Liverpool-based Britpop band Cast.
Fans will be hoping Ashcroft performs some of his biggest hits from The Verve days, including Bitter Sweet Symphony, The Drugs Don't Work and Lucky Man, among others.
The connection between Ashcroft and the Gallagher brothers goes back decades as the band supported The Verve in 1993 during their early days.
More recently, Ashcroft joined Liam on stage at Finsbury Park in 2018, and the two collaborated again in 2022.
John Power, frontman of the '90s indie band Cast, who rose to fame with The La's, also has a long history with Oasis.
Cast shared the stage with the band at one of their legendary Knebworth Park shows in 1996, and more recently supported Liam on his Definitely Maybe 30th anniversary tour in 2024.
Where else are Oasis playing in the UK in 2025?

After Oasis have played five nights at Heaton Park, they will then play the following dates:
25, 26, 30 July, 2, 3 August and 27, 28 September at Wembley Stadium, London
8, 9, 12 August at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh
16, 17 August at Croke Park, Dublin
Oasis will then fly to Toronto, Canada, to begin the international leg of their tour before it wraps up on 23 November in São Paulo, Brazil.
