Rail services have resumed after a boat got wedged under a bridge.

Network Rail posted on X at about 14:00 GMT and said Reedham swing bridge had been struck by a boat, cancelling and delaying services between Lowestoft and Norwich.

In a similar post, Greater Anglia said rail response teams would investigate and examine any potential damage.

It said lower water levels were expected to "free the boat" following high tide.

Network Rail posted again at about 16:00 and said disruption had ended.
