Staff feel "sick and angry" after a second family of goats were taken from the farm

An animal attraction has had all its goats stolen for a second time.

Staff at Kew Little Pigs, in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, noticed the four goats had been taken while opening on Wednesday morning.

In October 2022, another family of goats was taken from the site, leading to the farm increasing security with new fences, electric gates and CCTV cameras.

Owner Olivia Mikhail said: "At this stage I honestly don't think we can have goats here again, it's soul destroying when something like this happens to animals that you love so much."

Owner Olivia Mikhail says the farm's piglets will be kept in its barn over Christmas as a security measure

"They're such nice goats, funny little things with sweet little faces. They're friendly," she said.

As an added security measure the owner said the farm's piglets will now be kept in the barn over Christmas.

She said: "It's making me feel sick and angry. It makes me worry what goes on.

"I just think to myself we're here to bring joy to people and there's people doing the opposite trying to steal the joy and happiness.

"We'd love them to come back home, I just don't know what to do."

Thames Valley Police has asked those with information on the burglary to contact them.
