Two men were seriously injured in two separate incidents during a parade celebrating Leeds United's promotion to the Premier League, police have said.

He remained in hospital but his injuries were not considered to be life-threatening, a force spokesperson said.

Meanwhile, a 23-year-old man who was seriously hurt when he fell out of a tree outside the Cuthbert Brodrick pub in Millennium Square at about 16:00 BST remained in a serious but stable condition in hospital, they added.
