Popular air fryer course runs for third time
BBCA course on how to cook with an air fryer is being put on for a third time because it has proven so popular.
Grantham College will bring back its six-hour course on 26 February and 5 March.
It is part-funded by Lincolnshire County Council and takes place in the evenings.
Chelsea Toulson, marketing co-ordinator at the college, said the course was fully booked last year and was being repeated to help people learn how to make "cost-effective meals".
Grantham College"We ran the course twice last year and it was such a success that we're offering it again this year," she said.
As well as learning how to cook with the appliance, people will be given advice about which air fryer to buy or how to use one they already own.
"This course has mainly been put on to help the community save energy, eat healthily and get creative in the kitchen by making cost-effective meals," Ms Toulson added.
Air fryers became popular during the cost of living crisis because they cost much less to run than an oven - about half the price, according to the consumer programme Sliced Bread.
