Five men appear in court over fatal shooting

Five men have appeared in court charged with multiple offences over the fatal shooting of a man in a street in a Wolverhampton street.
Neo Graham, 24, was injured in Eastfield Grove just after 15:20 GMT on 3 March and died at the scene.
Fabio Bandarrinha, 20; Deric Da Silva, 19; and Koketso Ximba, 22, are charged with murder, while Aaron Osei, 22 and Elie Mey, 24, face a charge of conspiracy to murder.
Appearing via video link, all five were remanded in custody by Wolverhampton Crown Court on Wednesday morning until their next hearing on 11 April.
An eight-week trial is due to begin on 8 September.
The full charges for each defendant are:
- Mr Bandarrinha: Murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property
- Mr Da Silva: Murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property
- Mr Ximba: Murder
- Mr Osei: Conspiracy to murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, possession of a controlled Class B drug, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property
- Mr Mey: Conspiracy to murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate, possession of a firearm when prohibited for five years; possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property
In a tribute released by West Midlands Police last week, Mr Graham's family described him as "a loving, caring, family-oriented person" and "a wonderful son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend".
The family said almost 200 people had attended a vigil and balloon release in his memory.
