Police appeal after racially-aggravated offence

Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to trace in connection with a racially-aggravated public order incident at a Leeds United match.

It took place at Elland Road stadium when Leeds played Sunderland on 17 February, according to West Yorkshire Police.

The man officers wanted to speak to was understood to be a Sunderland supporter, a force spokesperson said.

Anyone who recognised the man pictured, or who had information about the incident, was asked to get in touch with police.
