Motorcyclist, 26, dies following crash

A 26-year-old motorcyclist who was involved in a collision on Wednesday has died, Lincolnshire Police have said.

The force said the collision happened on Wainfleet Road in Boston at the junction of Roachford Tower Lane just before 05:46 BST.

The other vehicle involved was a blue Audi whose driver, aged in her 20s, suffered minor injuries.

The biker was treated for serious injuries but later died in hospital.

The force said they were appealing for witnesses to the collision or any relevant dashcam footage for their investigation.
