Waste fire warning remains in place

Residents of a village near Dover are still being advised to keep their windows and doors closed due to smoke from a waste fire.
The fire, in West Hougham, started at about 18:00 BST on Monday, Kent Fire & Rescue (KFRS) said.
Firefighters remained at the scene overnight to continue a controlled burn and monitor the situation.
Six fire engines and a bulk water carrier initially responded to the blaze, which created heavy smoke, but this has been reduced to one.
KFRS said at 07:00 BST on Tuesday crews were making "good progress".
They urged people to share the advice to keep windows and doors closed "with loved ones who may be affected but do not have access to the internet".
