Council seeks views on draft budget for 2025/26
A Surrey council is inviting residents to have their say on its proposed budget for the 2025/26 term ahead of a strategy meeting to finalise plans.
Tandridge District Council said its budget, which was drafted in November, was "balanced" and "despite several financial challenges... has been set without relying on general reserves".
Any residents who want to provide feedback have been asked to e-mail or write to the council.
The views will fed into the final budget and council tax setting discussion on 30 January before the budget is approved by Full Council on 13 February.
The council has previously been threatened with bankruptcy but plugged a £1m hole in its finances.
