Pedestrian hit by e-bike after rider ran red light

A woman has been left with potentially life-changing injuries after being hit by an e-bike that failed to stop at a red light in Plymouth.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the collision took place on Mutley Plain on Tuesday evening.
The e-bike rider went through the red light and collided with a female pedestrian who was taken to hospital.
Police are asking for anyone who witnessed the incident, at about 17:50 GMT, or anyone who may have relevant dash-cam footage or information, to contact them.
